I help adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress to process difficult emotions and past experiences that may be stuck in their brains or their bodies. 

I work with clients to understand the root of their symptoms and how the past impacted them so that they can regulate their nervous system, improve their self-worth, and get out of that survival state and into the present moment.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and am passionate about working with veterans and first responders.
